AI Project Coordinator and Analyst (Remote) - Contract | Open

ROLE

We are searching for a contract AI Project Coordinator and Analyst to support execution across business operations.

The role partners closely with AI leadership, prompt engineering, engineering, and business teams to document workflows, support pilots, and ensure initiatives move forward in a disciplined and repeatable way. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role suited for a self-starter who can move comfortably between planning, analysis, and execution.

 

Program and Project Coordination

  • Coordinate the overall AI enablement program, including schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Maintain clear project plans and progress dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Track risks, issues, and decisions, escalating when needed.

 

Workflow and Use Case Analysis

  • Partner with stakeholders, champions, and teams across company to document current-state workflows and processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks suitable for AI augmentation or automation.
  • Maintain an AI implementation backlog, working with leadership and partners to prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and return on investment.

 

Solution Enablement and Pilots

  • Translate workflow findings into clear requirements for prompt engineering and solution development.
  • Support rapid prototyping and pilot execution in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Help define pilot success criteria and manage pilot execution.

 

Measurement, Adoption, and Scaling

  • Support measurement of adoption, user satisfaction, and workflow impact.
  • Assist with role-based training and enablement as solutions are adopted.
  • Support communication, rollout, and scaling of successful solutions across markets.

 

Change Enablement

  • Help establish a repeatable, disciplined process for identifying, testing, and scaling AI solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, technical resources, and leadership as the AI strategy evolves.

 

KEY CLIENT NOTES

  • Remote – Atlanta area candidates are preferred, but we will consider East Coast
  • Hourly $50 – $60
  • Contract 6+ Months
  • MUST HAVE experience supporting AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
  • MUST HAVE Excellent communication skills

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience coordinating projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
  • Strong business and workflow analysis skills, including process documentation and improvement.
  • Ability to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and adapting as priorities evolve.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and self-direction.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Experience with process or task mining approaches.
  • Change management or training experience in enterprise environments.
